This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional - it was the perfect option for a budget-friendly weekend getaway. The location was ideal, nestled in the mountains and close to both the village center and the slopes. The rooms were comfortable, with stunning views of the mountains and beds that provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. this hotel offered basic amenities and attention to detail that made our stay enjoyable.

The only slight downside was the lack of curtains in the bathroom, which could have provided a bit more privacy. But overall, everything was more than satisfactory.

I recently had a very good stay in this hotel in a great location in Thredbo valley itself. The hotel is close to everything in Thredbo, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms had great views of the mountain and were well-heated and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and offering suggestions for nearby breakfast spots. The attention to detail was noticeable, especially in the newly renovated bathroom, which was very smart and provided a pleasant experience. I also appreciated the value for money and the basic amenities that were provided. this hotel offered a cozy and enjoyable stay with great views out to the bush.

The food at the restaurant was fantastic and clearly prepared with care. We particularly enjoyed the jalapeño croquettes, which were crispy and perfectly spiced. the central location was a huge plus, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.

We were disappointed by the lack of room service during our stay. We stayed for multiple nights, yet there was no indication that any cleaning or restocking would be done in our room.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The bed was really comfortable and had a great view of the mountains. The location is perfect for outdoor activities and there are plenty of good cafes nearby. The room was spacious, clean and had a powerful shower which is perfect after a day of hiking.

The entrance could be improved, it looks a bit old fashioned and could use a fresh coat of paint. The stairs were quite steep, which could be a disadvantage for some people.
